Private 1-2-1 Mat Pilates Sessions

An important benefit of the Individual sessions is that they move at your pace which is not always the case with group classes. If you’re struggling with a move or finding pain/discomfort in an area, time can be given to help you with this. Alternatively, if you’re picking everything up quickly the class can move at a faster pace. You always have the option of joining a group class once you have grasped the basics and feel more comfortable about what you need to do.

Semi-Private Mat Pilates

Exercising with others is a great way to keep motivation and focus. If you are a bit nervous of doing a class on your own, I offer a small group class option where 2 people can do a Pilates session together. This way you can get the most out of the session and be in a relaxing, familiar environment. Bigger groups are also available for Pilates classes. (If you would like to book/enquire into a Private Group, please note the maximum numbers for Mat Pilates class is 10).

Our Private 121 sessions are grouped in different packages; 1 session for €45, 4 sessions for €145 or 10 sessions for €245. These prices are all with upfront payments.
MAT
We provide mats for the class but you can bring your own if you wish.

Comfortable clothing, Layers are best & clean socks please 😉

Body weight is the main one, Resistance Band, 1kg Weighted Ball, Foam Roller, Pilates Ring, Balance Cushion, Spikey Massage Ball

Group Mat Pilates

Our Group Mat Pilates classes are limited on the timetable unlike the Reformer and you may have to contact us directly to get your spot and to find out times. We run a mixed ability class all year around and this class is booked per Block, (5-6 weeks usually). Every few months we run a Beginners class also, this usually is only a 4 week block. For convenience we have a Beginner Mat Pilates Block of classes in our Pilates onDemand section also. This can be accessed anytime.
