My background in the Fitness industry allows me to cater to all types of people by creating custom rehab and strengthening programs. I work with anyone from sedentary folks to athletes, young to old along with pre- & post natal. I have an ‘eye’ to observe what movement and muscles need work and the knowledge to go about examining, treating and prescribing exercises to work on the issues at hand. Everyone is welcome to start the journey to a strong, flexible body.

Beginner Mat Pilates

We offer personal training sessions in both Mat Pilates and the Reformer. These are especially useful for pre- or post surgery individuals; the elderly and other special populations. Also individuals who are conscious about themselves during exercise; those who want to make the most out of their sessions and get a better understanding before joining group classes. On Demand Pilates For Different Fitness Needs
Beginner Mat Pilates
In my beginner classes we introduce exercises in standing to challenge balance but to also ensure we help strengthen our bones with non-impact weight bearing exercises.
Intermediate Mat Pilates
Feel like you need a challenge but under safe instruction?? This set of sessions will challenge your core, flexibility and overall strength. We take the principles you’ve learnt and progress it on as you move smoothly around the mat from one exercise to another.
Pilates Fusion
Pilates fusion classes are a mix of Pilates Barre style and Circuit style sessions. They are designed to target the whole body, get your heart rate up while using equipment you’d find around your home. This set of sessions will challenge your core, flexibility and overall strength and its away from the traditional Pilates style.
Mobility & Core for Golfers
Learn tips and ways to help keep your body mobile and free of injury while strengthening your core. This will allow you get comfortably into more range and so allows you to generate more strength and power. This program has been put together based on studies carried out on the most common injuries in golf.

Pilates was developed by a German man Joseph H. Pilates in the 1920’s and is a full body exercise routine/system that teaches you awareness of how to move and isolate your body. Pilates helps tone and lengthen the muscles which helps with muscle imbalance. Deep muscles known as your ‘core’ and are recruited during Pilates exercises.
In my opinion both are helpful depending on what you are looking to achieve. Pilates increases stimulus and activity to an area as we strengthen up the nerve pathways while we bring awareness to different areas in the body with movement. We help regain a muscular balance between both sides of the body in regard to length and strength.
Many people that come through the doors here have back trouble. Some can be due to weaknesses in the deep stabilizing core muscles. Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that allows the body to focus on recruiting the core muscles that stabilize and strengthen the back from deep within.
As the baby grows, the Pelvic Floor is put under increase pressure. Exercises and awareness of how to activate these muscles are important to allow the mother to continue with everyday activities without the fear and stress of any leeks, both in pre- and post pregnancy stages. Pilates helps strengthen these areas, make you aware of the muscles you are recruiting to ensure protection for your back.
