Exercising with others is a great way to keep motivation and focus. If you are a bit nervous of doing a class on your own, I offer a small group class option where 2 to 3 people can do a Pilates session together. This way you can get the most out of the session and be in a relaxing, familiar environment. Bigger groups are also available for Pilates classes.
